Elastever® TPV

Elastever® TPV is a high molecular elastomer that highly vulcanized EPDM particles disperse in continuous PP phases.

At ambient temperature, the physical properties and functions of Elastever® TPV are similar to those of thermosetting rubbers. It exhibits thermoplastic properties at high temperatures and can be processed rapidly, economically and conveniently. Elastever® TPV elastomer/rubber is created by making EPDM particles, smaller than 2 microns, disperse in PP matrix through vulcanization. This process helps to maintain and combine the excellent properties of rubber and plastic to get the elastomer of excellent comprehensive performance.
